Council would like customer feedback in relation to recent interactions with Council as part of the development of our Customer Experience Strategy. We are seeking our Communities input via a voluntary customer experience survey.
The purpose of our customer experience survey is to collect vital feedback which will be used to assist in measuring and improving your customer experience and developing our new Customer Experience Strategy.
Cessnock City Council has engaged Proto Partners to assist Council with this survey and the development of our strategy.
Customers can opt in to receive a call to provide additional feedback and suggestions by voluntarily supplying your name and contact number to Proto Partners. All feedback will be provided and collated by Proto Partners with the key themes and outcomes presented to Council.
Customers are able to participate in the survey until Friday 23 June 2023.
