Council is currently undertaking a comprehensive review of the Cessnock Local Environmental Plan and Development Control Plan.

The draft chapter revises the controls in the existing Chapter D.4: Purpose Built Rural Tourist Accommodation.

The Draft Chapter will be on public exhibition from 9 July 2023 to 6 September 2023 and submissions are invited from the community.
