Council has prepared a Draft Plan of Management which provides direction on the use and management of community land that is categorised as 'General Community Use' under the Local Government Act 1993.
The Draft Plan of Management applies to Council-owned reserves and reserves owned by The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure - Crown Lands and managed by Council throughout the Cessnock Local Government Area.
Council is publicly exhibiting the Draft Plan of Management and providing an opportunity for public submissions before seeking consent from the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure - Crown Lands to adopt the Plan of Management.
