Streets and houses in Kurri Kurri

Notice is given that Cessnock City Council in accordance with the New South Wales Roads Act 1993 is seeking public comment in regards to formalsing in-use roads in Kurri Kurri.

These roads were named historically before the Roads Act was introduced. Council is now seeking to formalise these road names to correctly finalise the process.

The roads are:

  • Askew Close, Kurri Kurri
  • Casey Close, Kurri Kurri

How to make a submission

Should you intend to make a submission in writing you, may do so by 5:00pm on 29 September 2023. Please quote “Formalising Road Names”. Submissions should be addressed to The General Manager and can be submitted via:
