Where is the site located?
The site is located within LOT: 245 DP: 1271509, addressed 1823 Wine Country Drive, North Rothbury within the Huntlee New Town. The site is positioned approximately 1.3km from the intersection between Wine Country Drive and the Hunter Expressway. The area is currently vegetated bushland but will form part of the Huntlee Town and is identified as an ‘infrastructure, community and education’ lot in Modification 22 to the State Significant Development.
What is a Local Water Centre?
The main function of the LWC is to receive sewage from the reticulated sewage system within the surrounding development and then produce recycled water for reticulation to lots within the development.
