Industry Stakeholders Survey - Draft Cemeteries Strategy

About the project

Council is updating its Cemeteries Strategy to help guide the future planning, management and provision of cemetery services across the Cessnock Local Government Area.

As part of early engagement, Council is seeking feedback from industry stakeholders with specialised experienced in the field.

This includes views on interment options, cultural and religious considerations, cemetery features and potential improvements.

Feedback received through this survey will help inform the preparation of the draft updated Cemeteries Strategy, ensuring it reflects industry needs, community values, changing needs and long-term planning considerations.

Participants may also choose to leave their contact details to be notified when the draft Cemeteries Strategy is placed on public exhibition.
