LICENCE PROPOSAL: The proposed use of the premise is for the operation of a Pre School and Community Hub providing Allied Health Services.

APPLICANT: Branxton Preschool Incorporated

LAND: The land situated at 35 Bowen Street, BRANXTON being part of Lot: 32 DP: 627860

TERM: Twenty one (21) years


Branxton Preschool have a vision to set up a "COMMUNITY HUB". This hub would meet the community need for access to Allied Health Professionals such as Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists etc.

They seek to apply to lease the adjacent John St property to form a "COMMUNITY HUB" and allow the relocation of a storage shed area.
