Notice is given that Cessnock City Council in accordance with the New South Wales Roads Act 1993 is seeking public comment in regards to a road naming proposal in connection with a subdivision at Mount View Road, Millfield. This stage of the subdivision includes the create of one (1) new public road.
The proposal name includes;
Masked Owl Chase.

Should you intend to make a submission in writing you, may do so by5:00pm on 23 May 2023. Please quote “Proposed Road Naming - Masked Owl Chase”. Submissions should be addressed to The General Manager and can be submitted via:
Any views expressed in written submission will be considered by Council before a final decision is made.
