Information

Council advises that it has received an application from Towns with Heart Inc. to conduct the Kurri Kurri Nostalgia Festival on Lang, Barton, Allworth and Hampden Streets Kurri Kurri, on the dates below.

Council intends to seek consent from Transport for NSW, pursuant to Division 2 of Part 8, of the Roads Act 1993, for the regulation of traffic, by means of temporary road closures & parking restrictions as follows.

Dates of the event:

  • Saturday 23 March 2024 – 5.00 AM to 4.00 PM

  • Sunday 24 March 2024 – 5.00 AM to 4.00 PM

Council appreciates that the regulation of traffic may affect road users within the immediate and surrounding areas.
