In 2020, Council received an application for a dwelling entitlement on an undersized rural lot at Black Hill Road, Black Hill. The gateway determination was issued by the Department of Planning and Environment on 4 August 2022 authorising Council to exhibit the proposal.

The proposal is on exhibition from 24 August 2022 to 22 September 2022.
