Notice is given that Cessnock City Council in accordance with the New South Wales Roads Act 1993 is seeking public comment in regards to a road naming proposal in connection with a subdivision at 48 Averys Lane, Heddon Greta. This stage of the subdivision includes the create of one (1) new public road.
The proposal name includes;
Skyline Drive
This name was selected for public exhibition based on the feedback and submissions from the community as an alternate road name for this location. The location of this new road will be on the site of the former Heddon Greta Drive Inn site and the name aims to pay homage to the history of the area.

Should you intend to make a submission in writing you, may do so by5:00pm on 30 November 2023. Please quote “Proposed Road Naming - Skyline Drive”. Submissions should be addressed to The General Manager and can be submitted via:
