Road Naming - Magnolia Rise Precinct


Project Information

Notice is given that Cessnock City Council in accordance with the New South Wales Roads Act 1993 is seeking public comment in regard to road naming proposals.

The proposal names are located within the Magnolia Rise Precinct and include;

  • Road 1 - Golf Resort Drive
  • Road 2 - Pistachio Lane
  • Road 3 - Ornamental Place
  • Road 4 - Tulip Street
  • Road 5 - Tuckeroo Drive
  • Road 6 - Raywood lane
  • Road 7 - Grandiflora Retreat (Private Road)

How to make a submission

You can make a submission using the online form located below or by clicking this link.

Should you intend to make a submission in writing you, may do so by 5:00pm on Friday 20 March 2026. Please quote “Revised Road Naming Application - Magnolia Rise Precinct”. In your submission include which specific road name you are writing within the Magnolia Rise Precinct in relation to. Submissions should be addressed to The General Manager and can be submitted via:

Any views expressed in written submissions will be considered by Council before a final decision is made.

    Please specify during the survey which road naming proposal your submission is in relation to.

    If your submission is an objection to a proposal, your reasons should be clearly provided. Make sure that you keep your letter relevant to the specific proposal.
