Notice is given that Cessnock City Council in accordance with the New South Wales Roads Act 1993 is seeking public comment in regards to a road naming proposal in connection with the Greenlands Hunter Valley development located at 2-6 Averys Lane, Heddon Greta NSW 2321.
The proposal names include;
Greenlands Avenue
Road Name Origin:
Named after the Estate
Jude Place
Road Name Origin:
Named after Saint Jude
Theresa Court
Road Name Origin:
Named after Saint Theresa
Eileen Street
Road Name Origin:
Named after Saint Eileen
Kolbe Lane
Road Name Origin:
Named after Saint Kolbe

Should you intend to make a submission in writing you, may do so by 5:00pm on Wednesday 16 July 2025. Please quote “Road Naming Proposal - Heddon Greta”. Submissions should be addressed to The General Manager and can be submitted via:

Any views expressed in written submissions will be considered by Council before a final decision is made.
