Road Naming Proposal in Rothbury

Project Information
Notice is given that Cessnock City Council in accordance with the New South Wales Roads Act 1993 is seeking public comment in regards to a road naming proposal in connection with the ARIA development located at 1441 Wine Country Drive, Rothbury NSW 2320.
The proposal name includes;
- Wicker Way, Rothbury
- Calyptra Circuit, Rothbury
Proposed Road Name History
The land at ARIA Hunter Valley boasts a rich history, having once been the site of the legendary Lindeman's Sunshine vineyard, one of the vineyards planted with Semillon. More recently, the ARIA Hunter Valley site was used by Balloon Aloft. Our road naming is carefully selected from components related to the vineyards and hot air balloons.

Should you intend to make a submission in writing you, may do so by 4:00pm on Thursday, 17 October 2024. Please quote “Road Naming Proposal - Rothbury”. Submissions should be addressed to The General Manager and can be submitted via:

Any views expressed in written submissions will be considered by Council before a final decision is made.
