Council is seeking consent pursuant to Division 2 of Part 8, of the Roads Act 1993, for the regulation of traffic, by means of temporary regulation of traffic on a section of Broke Road, Wine Country Drive, Lovedale Road, DeBeyers Road Pokolbin and others.

Saturday, 8 February 2025 from 7 am - 7 pm
Sunday, 9 February 2025 from 7 am - 7 pm
Council appreciates that the regulation of traffic may affect road users within the immediate and surrounding areas. You are welcome to view the relevant Traffic Control Plans:
Any person is entitled to make a written submission regarding the granting of consent, within 28 days of the date of publication of this notice.

The information collected will be used for the purpose outlined, related administrative functions, compliance and complaint handling, internal auditing, and in accordance with Council's Privacy Management Plan and Privacy Statement which can be found on Council's website.

Consequence of non-provision
