Council is seeking consent pursuant to Division 2 of Part 8, of the Roads Act 1993, for the regulation of traffic, by means of temporary regulation of traffic on a section of Broke Road,McDonalds Road, and Wine Country Drive Pokolbin for the Red Hot Summer Tour 2025 event.
Dates and times of the event:
Saturday, 3 May 12:00 pm - 11:59 pm
Council appreciates that the regulation of traffic may affect road users within the immediate and surrounding areas. You are welcome to view the relevant Traffic Control Plans
Any person is entitled to make a written submission regarding the granting of consent, within 28 days of the date of publication of this notice.
