Council advises that it has received an application from Raging Empire to conduct the Red Hot Summer Tour at Broke Road, McDonalds Road and Wine Country Drive, Pokolbin re-scheduled for 6 April 2024.
Council intends to seek consent from Transport for NSW, pursuant to Division 2 of Part 8, of the Roads Act 1993, for the regulation of traffic, by means of:
40km/h Speed Restrictions – Broke Road, McDonalds Road and Wine Country Drive;
NO STOPPING areas – Broke Road and McDonalds Road;
STOP/SLOW controls – Broke Road and McDonalds Road, and
Police control of Intersection – Broke Road and Wine Country Drive.
Council appreciates that the regulation of traffic may affect road users within the immediate and surrounding areas.
