Consultation has concluded
Council advises that it has received an application from H Events to conduct the Winery Running Festival on Lovedale, Wilderness & Talga Roads Lovedale, scheduled for 16 July 2023. Council intends to seek consent from Transport for NSW, pursuant to Division 2 of Part 8, of the Roads Act 1993, for the regulation of traffic, by means of:
Council appreciates that the regulation of traffic may affect road users within the immediate and surrounding areas. You are welcome to view the relevant Traffic Control Plans:
Written submissions relating to the Regulation of Traffic should be forwarded to the General Manager, Cessnock City Council, PO Box 152 Cessnock 2325, endorsed “Regulation of Traffic – Winery Running Festival”.
The closing date for submissions is 4.00pm on Wednesday 31 May 2023.
