Project Overview

We are trialling new weekend operating hours at the Visitor Information Centre from 31 October 2026 to 30 June 2027.

The trial will help us understand how visitors use the centre on weekends and whether the revised hours continue to meet visitor needs while maintaining access to visitor information services.

During the trial period, the Visitor Information Centre will close one hour earlier on both Saturday and Sunday.

We invite visitors and community members to share their feedback on the new operating hours by completing the short survey below. Your feedback will help inform future decisions about weekend operating hours at the Visitor Information Centre.
