Tree Giveaway terms and Conditions
Introduction
Cessnock City Council is pleased to offer a tree giveaway to randomly chosen participants who voluntarily provide feedback for Together Cessnock 2035, our Community Strategic Plan. By participating in this initiative, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility
Participation: The tree giveaway is open to randomly chosen residents of Cessnock City Council who have provided feedback for the Together Cessnock 2035 Community Strategic Plan.
Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older. Participants under 18 must have consent from a parent or guardian.
Residency: Participants must reside within the Cessnock City Council local government area.
Giveaway Details
Feedback Submission: Participants must take part the feedback forums available on the Together Cessnock 2035 project website.
Limitations: One tree per household. Quantities are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
Tree Species: The specific species of trees available for the giveaway will be determined by Cessnock City Council and may vary.
Collection Collection: Participants will be notified of the collection details, including date, time, and location, via email provided in the feedback form.
Privacy and Consent
Data Use: Personal information collected as part of the feedback process will be used solely for the purposes of this initiative and in accordance with Cessnock City Council’s privacy policy.
