    Thanks for reaching out!

The proposed skatepark will be located adjacent to the existing playground with a skatepark footprint of 433m2. Supporting infrastructure will include pathway connections, water bubbler, shade shelter with seating, and a bin enclosure. A public amenities block will also be constructed onsite in 2023/24.

Approximately 7ha of open space for passive recreation activities will be retained at Cliftleigh Meadows District Park.

    Regards,

    Together Cessnock Team.

How large will the skate park be?

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Cliftleigh Meadows Skatepark will be a local level facility. Local level skateparks are generally no larger than 400m2, however the overall size of the skatepark will depend on the design of the facility and elements included, which will be determined in the concept design process.
