Project Information

The Draft Third Deed of Variation to the Huntlee Voluntary Planning Agreement was initiated by Council and the Developer to align the existing Planning Agreement with the Stage 1 Major Project Approval for Huntlee, as amended. The Draft Third Deed of Variation has also been prepared to ensure Council is receiving an appropriate level of contributions in relation to the modified development and to address various issues identified in the Planning Agreement since the document was first executed by the parties in November 2015.
