Council advises that it has received an application to conduct the Kurri Curry Festival, scheduled for 17-18 August 2024.
Council intends to seek consent from Transport for NSW, pursuant to Division 2 of Part 8, of the Roads Act 1993, for the regulation of traffic, by means of:
Temporary Road Closure Barton Street Kurri Kurri between Hampden St & Allworth St.
Dates and times of the event:
Saturday 17 August 2024 - 10.00AM to 11.59 PM
Sunday 18 August 2024 - 6.00AM to 5.00 PM
Council appreciates that the regulation of traffic may affect road users within the immediate and surrounding areas. You are welcome to view the relevant Traffic Control Plans:
