About the project
Council's Community Engagement Team are undertaking a review of our digital engagement Have Your Say page to ensure it meets expectations of you, your team, and your understanding and experience of community participation. We want to make sure Together Cessnock is an accessible, meaningful and engaging way for our community to participate in Council's projects, programs and services.
What to expect?
Council is undertaking a review to ensure our current products meet expectations and best practice community engagement.
If a change of provider is proposed, we will do our best to ensure the change occurs without interruption. This includes a transfer of data to the new platform. The timing and outcome of this review should not impact your previous, current or upcoming projects.
We do encourage all project teams to save the exports and results of their engagement projects in Content Manager for record keeping and future purposes.
Following the review we will provide training to all staff who may collaborate with us in use of the platform to ensure we can maximise our understanding and use of features and tools across Council.
What's next?
We will keep you informed of the survey results and outcome of the review. An Evaluation Report will be prepared for internal review and recommendation.
