Consultation has concluded.

Council advises that it has received an application from Roundhouse Entertainment to conduct concert events at Broke Road, McDonalds Road, Palmers Lane and Wine Country Drive, Pokolbin scheduled for 13 April 2024 and 27 April, 2024.

Council intends to seek consent from Transport for NSW, pursuant to Division 2 of Part 8, of the Roads Act 1993, for the regulation of traffic, by means of:

  • 40km/h Speed Restrictions – Broke Road, McDonalds Road and Palmers Lane;
  • 60km/h Speed Restrictions – Wine Country Drive;
  • NO STOPPING areas –McDonalds Road; and
  • STOP/SLOW controls – McDonalds Road.

Dates of the event:

  • Saturday 13 April 2024 - 12.00pm to 11.59pm
  • Saturday 27 April 2024 - 12.00pm to 11.59pm

Council appreciates that the regulation of traffic may affect road users within the immediate and surrounding areas.
